Founder

Drawing from over a decade of experience, we guide student-athletes and families through this unique, once-in-a-lifetime process.

The success of our student athletes is the only way to measure our success. The Empower approach and difference leads to a 100% success rate with multiple college offers and $15,000/year in Scholarship/Aid per athlete.

Our founder, Coach Jimmy, has a diverse background, bringing his coaching expertise, teaching wisdom, and a big heart to our team. His history includes volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters and providing support to children with special needs. This rich blend of experiences and his dedication have steered us to empower more than 600 student-athletes over the years.

About Us

Helping student-athletes and families navigate this once-in-a-lifetime process

Empower Student Athletes combines over 15 years of experience with a unique recruiting platform to help student-athletes and families navigate this once-in-a-lifetime process.

For over a decade, Coach Andrews has worked with over 600 collegiate student-athletes through their recruiting processes hands on and personally. He also has worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Program Manager (and volunteer) as well as Behavioral Therapist for Children with Autism and development disorders. For over 15 years, Coach has spent his time working with and developing youth from all walks of life and has a unique view and perspective + successful plan that he incorporates through our platform for our kids.
 
With that said, we’re not a come-one, come-all type of program. Each year, we only take on a select group of 50-60 students, ensuring we give our all to every young athlete we work with. They’re not just another face in the crowd, another number, but future leaders brimming with unique talents and potential that we truly care about. We know the recruitment process is very difficult, stressful, but that’s what we’re here for – to lend a hand, share our wisdom, and help your child (and parents) navigate the course. At the end of the day, at Empower Student Athletes, it’s always about the kids. We are only as good as the families we work with and that’s why our success rate is what it is. If we work with you, we know and believe that you can and will play at the next level, otherwise, we don’t.

Who is Sauce AP Speed School for?

Coaches, Dads, Trainers, Self motivated kids, and athletes who want to be the best!

Sauce AP Speed School is a speed training program within our Recruiting Platform for our Student-Athletes.

We know everyone can’t make it out to train with us. Rather it be distance, time, or price, so we came up with a very economical way to package and provide professional knowledge and training on a platform that will deliver results over and over again.

On sacrifice trainings Sauce AP you will only learn from Collegiate All-American, professional athletes, or an industry juggernaut.
